A primary motivation for establishing this business was to enjoy trusted long-term relationships with clients who will value our service. If your personal circumstances are such that we don’t believe we can add value to you we will tell you. We would rather use our knowledge of the marketplace to introduce you to an alternative and more appropriate service than try and act as all things to all people and risk compromising our service to our clients.

Open

We will be open in all our dealings. A first meeting with potential clients is at our expense but subsequent advice, implementation, and review is chargeable. The level of fees will depend on the nature and complexity of the work being carried out and will be fully disclosed in every instance prior to any charge arising. Our clients are free to stop using our services at any time without penalty.
