Our first meeting with prospective clients is at our expense and without obligation; this meeting provides an opportunity for us to gain a better understanding of your personal situation, and for you to get to know us and to decide whether our services are for you. If at the end of the meeting you decide that you wish to engage us we will provide you with a clear explanation of the charges which would apply.

If further work is required implementation and reviews are charged separately. All fees and commissions will be fully disclosed and agreed before any further work is carried out. The level of such charges will again depend on the nature and complexity of work undertaken.

Through the efficient use of technology and process we will endeavour to ensure that our fees remain highly competitive however they will be reflective of the high level of service that we offer. Clients who pay for our review service are free to end the agreement at any time without penalty.
